The Company is looking for talented, punctual and fast moving Web designers to work in competitive environments. We are looking for smart and creative people with fancy and commitment to innovation, ready for long term collaboration.

Depending on task, the Web designer can work in the office, online from home or any other place with flexible time schedule. We value the quality of work, speed, punctuality and human relations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide creative design solutions
• Design Web sites/portals and GUI-s
• Design and implement graphical user interfaces using HTML, XHTML, CSS, JSF
• Design/develop web banners and electronic flyers
• Produce simple graphics, icons and animations
• Work closely with web programmers to develop and update web sites
• Develop brochures, flyers, business cards and other print designs
• Work with photographers, external illustrators and manufacturers that might be involved
• Assist in the design and production of retail products, promotions, catalogues and related materials as needed; concept, design and produce rough and electronic layouts of spreads for catalogues
• Drive for the highest standards of innovation and graphic application in all materials
• Meet with the clients when necessary, represent the Company, introduce corporate and individual experience and learn about the client’s needs.
• Work in close collaboration with the clients to meet their needs

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Special requirements are:
• Minimum 2 years experience in web design
• Web/graphics design works portfolio
• Excellent knowledge, experience and skills in graphic design
• Excellent computer skills
• Bachelor’s degree is the minimum
• Fluency in Technical English
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and/or Corel Draw
• General understanding of SEO
• Experience in working with Content Management Systems is a plus
• Good knowledge of valid, cross-browser compatible XHTML, CSS code development, code semantics is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Java Script would be a plus
• General knowledge of Databases (MsSQL, MySQL, etc.) would be a plus
• Experience using HTML editors such as Macromedia Dreamweaver, Microsoft Office FrontPage would be a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and in multi-task environment
• Ability to work in a team while being self-directed and highly motivated
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to details
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Study, work and/or training abroad is a plus

SALARY

Fixed salary + extremely competitive performance based bonuses (commission)
