Armenia based group of companies (the Group) is looking for e-Marketing and Sales Agent. The Company has various products and services to offer to the potential clients via Internet. The main business areas are Tourism, PR and Internet Advertising.

We are looking for smart, motivated and talented individuals who are ready for long term collaboration build on performance based compensation only. The Agent can spend on his/her job as much time as he/she can, and will get commission from total amount or quantity of sales. However, the Agent must provide minimum level of efforts and results in order to assure effectiveness of the above mentioned collaboration. The Agent shall work online from home or any other place with flexible time schedule.     

• Advertise agreed and assigned products and services in the Internet and elsewhere when possible. The Agent shall use mainly free of charge services in the Internet, or use paid services on his/her own cost and risk. The Agent shall use advanced methods and instruments for Internet advertising, such as writing short articles, placing links and banners, registering the products and services in web catalogs, going to social networks for direct communication and PR, providing SEO activities and other promotional campaigns.        
• Approach potential customers: individual and corporate clients to introduce and advertise the assigned products and services.
• Reply to messages and inquires; negotiate the deals in coordination with the managers of the Group.
• Carry out other actions to attract new clients and assure high quality customer service in coordination with managers and other staff of the Group.   

The Agents must be expert communicators, since effectively relaying information is their job. They must have a fair amount of computer and graphics skills, and possess an ability to draw interest in products through promotion. On top of those things, the Agents should be organized, analytical, energetic, highly creative and capable of finding solutions to problems. The Agents must know their demographic and on which sites to place banner advertising, as well as have a thorough understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).

We are looking for an individual who is creative and willing to initiate activities rather than someone who must be instructed on every assignment and task. The individual must be a take charge person and be able to work with limited supervision. We expect the person to be responsible and gifted with common sense. He/she must have the attitude that "anything is possible" and not be discouraged with the first "no" when undertaking an assignment. Experience and knowledge in tourism industry would be a plus.
